The Nigerian Defence Academy (NDA) has announced the postponement of the screening test for applicants to its 77 Regular Course, originally scheduled for Saturday, 24 May 2025.
The decision follows the recent directive by the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) mandating a rewrite of the Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) in certain regions of the country.
According to Major Mohammed Maidawa, Public Relations Officer of the NDA, the postponement is aimed at ensuring fairness and preventing any candidate from being disadvantaged. “The NDA remains committed to equal opportunity and the integrity of its admissions process,” he stated.
A new date for the screening test will be communicated in due course. Applicants and the general public are advised to monitor the Academy’s official social media platforms and website for timely updates.
