NTAC DG hails NSA Nuhu Ribadu at 65

The Director General of the Nigerian Technical Aid Corps (NTAC), Rt. Hon. Yusuf Buba Yakub, has celebrated the National Security Adviser, Mallam Nuhu Ribadu, on his 65th birthday, praising his longstanding contributions to national development and public service.

In a message issued in Abuja on Saturday, Buba commended Ribadu’s pioneering leadership as the first Chairman of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), where he said the renowned anti-corruption crusader transformed Nigeria’s fight against graft. He also lauded Ribadu’s ongoing efforts as National Security Adviser, steering the country through complex security challenges with “courage and integrity.”

Describing Ribadu as a principled reformer and steadfast patriot, the NTAC DG noted that his legacy continues to inspire many Nigerians, including young professionals and volunteers engaged in national service through the Corps.

“Your 65 years reflect wisdom, dedication, and a life committed to the service of our nation and humanity,” Buba said. “Your leadership—past and present—remains an enduring example for all public officers to emulate.”

Extending congratulations on behalf of his family and NTAC staff, Buba prayed for continued strength, good health, and long life for the NSA, expressing hope that the years ahead bring him greater fulfillment and the satisfaction of seeing the results of his tireless work for Nigeria.
