The United States Mission in Nigeria has expressed condolences to the families, friends and colleagues of those who lost their lives in the Nigerian Air Force aircraft crash.
In a statement, the U.S. Mission said it stood in solidarity with the people of Nigeria following the tragedy and conveyed its sympathies to all those affected by the incident.
“We send our deepest condolences to the families, friends, and colleagues of those lost in yesterday’s Nigerian Air Force crash,” the mission said.
The U.S. Mission also reaffirmed Washington’s commitment to its longstanding security partnership with Nigeria, stressing continued cooperation between both countries.
The crash has drawn widespread concern, with condolences being expressed to the victims’ families and colleagues as authorities respond to the incident.
