In a decisive operation labeled “DELTA SANITY,” the Nigerian Navy Ship SOROH accomplished a significant breakthrough by deactivating an illegal refining site in Atala, Foropa, Bayelsa on Monday, January 29, 2024.
The operation targeted a clandestine facility involved in unauthorized oil refining activities. The Nigerian Navy Ship SOROH personnel discovered and neutralized the site, which included two pumping machines, a generator, galvanized pipes, hoses, and an assortment of empty gallons and jerry cans.
