Adejobi acknowledges the concerns and speculations surrounding his untimely demise.

He said the Lagos State Commissioner of Police has been entrusted with the responsibility of unraveling the circumstances surrounding Mohbad’s unfortunate passing.
Adejobi assures the public that updates on the progress of the investigation will be provided as it unfolds. He encourages individuals with valuable information, especially family members and close associates, to come forward and collaborate with the Lagos State Commissioner of Police in aiding the investigative process.
Adejobi fervently requests that all individuals refrain from making statements or engaging in activities that could potentially compromise the integrity of the ongoing investigation.
Meanwhile a petition filed by the late Nigerian singer, Ilerioluwa Oladimeji Aloba, widely recognized as Mohbad, against the Oba of Elegushi and the controversial socialite Sam Larry, among others, has emerged online.
Mohbad submitted this petition on June 27, 2023, under the title “Petition of threat to life, malicious damage of properties valued at five-million-naira, assault occasioning harm, oppression, and conduct likely to cause a breach of peace.” The petition specifically targets Sam Larry and the Oba of Elegushi in Eti-Osa, Lagos State.
