The Nigerian Air Force (NAF) has reaffirmed its commitment to providing high-quality and affordable housing with the groundbreaking ceremony of the NAF Treasure City Estate in Port Harcourt.
Speaking at the event, Chief of the Air Staff (CAS), Air Marshal Hasan Abubakar, emphasized that the project is more than infrastructure—it is about fostering a vibrant, secure, and unified community. “We are creating a neighborhood where families can grow, children can play, and lives can flourish,” he stated.
The estate is a collaboration between NAF Investment Limited Housing and Construction Company (NAFILHCC) and Primescape Properties Ltd, building on the success of NAF Harmony Estate, which is known for its security and well-planned infrastructure. Treasure City Estate aims to enhance personnel welfare while also benefiting the local economy.
Aligning with the CAS Command Philosophy of prioritizing personnel welfare and infrastructural renewal, the NAF has been acquiring land nationwide to provide accommodations for its personnel both during and after service.
Air Marshal Abubakar expressed gratitude to the Rivers State government, traditional rulers, and residents for their support in making the project a reality. As construction begins, the NAF remains committed to creating a lasting legacy of comfort, security, and prosperity.
