The Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC) has formalized a strategic partnership with IHS Nigeria to strengthen the protection of critical national assets and infrastructure.
The collaboration was sealed during an official visit by NSCDC Commandant General, Dr. Ahmed Abubakar Audi, mni, OFR, to IHS Nigeria’s corporate headquarters in Lagos. He was received by Mr. Mohamad Darwish, Executive Vice President and CEO of IHS Nigeria.

Highlighting the importance of public-private collaboration in national security, the meeting culminated in the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to enhance cooperation and operational efficiency between both organizations.
As part of its support, IHS Nigeria donated two fully-equipped operational vehicles to the Corps to aid field operations and strengthen rapid response capabilities.
The event was attended by senior executives from both organizations and underscored a shared commitment to safeguarding national infrastructure, promoting institutional integrity, and supporting Nigeria’s socio-economic development.
