The Nigeria Police Force has issued a stern warning regarding the emergence of an unauthorized online portal, which has been duping unsuspecting job seekers into submitting fraudulent applications in the name of the esteemed law enforcement institution.
In an official statement Force Public Relations Officer Force Headquarters, Abuja ACP Olumuyiwa Adejobi said the deceptive portal bears no association with the Nigeria Police Force.
He said the Nigeria Police Force wishes to underscore its unwavering commitment to upholding the highest standards of transparency and integrity throughout its recruitment processes.
Adejobi said the Force is actively engaged in welcoming qualified individuals who embody the essential qualities of intelligence, strength, and unyielding patriotism, all with the aim of serving the nation diligently.
He said to safeguard prospective applicants from falling victim to this web of deceit, the Nigeria Police Force is urging all interested candidates to utilize only the officially designated URLs for submitting their applications, which are as follows:

Adejobi said these URLs represent the sole legitimate channels through which applications are to be made. Any instance of applying through an alternative portal may result in complications and discrepancies that have been reported by certain applicants who mistakenly used the fraudulent portal. Applicants who inadvertently submitted their applications through the unauthorized portal are strongly advised to reapply via the official channel, which is fully operational and has already received a considerable number of applications.
He emphasizes the utmost importance of due diligence when verifying the authenticity of recruitment portals and associated information before taking any action. Individuals are strongly cautioned against being deceived by unscrupulous actors who seek to exploit the aspirations of job seekers. The safety and security of all applicants is a paramount concern for the Nigeria Police Force.
