CP Uche outlined the Centre’s core mandates, which include investigating and supporting the prosecution of cybercrime cases, conducting digital forensic analysis, monitoring social media for cyber threats, performing intelligence assessments, and protecting Nigeria’s Critical Information Infrastructure. He emphasized that effective collaboration with financial institutions is essential, given that banks are often exploited by cybercriminals.
