President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has arrived in the United Kingdom for a two-day state visit at the invitation of King Charles III and Queen Camilla.
According to a statement issued by Bayo Onanuga, the President, accompanied by the First Lady, Oluremi Tinubu, landed at London Stansted Airport at approximately 3:18 p.m. on Wednesday.
He was received on behalf of the Royal Family by Mark Bevan, alongside Nigeria’s Acting High Commissioner to the United Kingdom, Mohammed Maidugu, and other senior officials.

A delegation of Nigerian senators, governors, and ministers also welcomed the President upon his arrival at his hotel.
During the visit, President Tinubu and the First Lady will be hosted at Windsor Castle from March 18 to March 19.
According to the Presidency, the visit is aimed at strengthening bilateral relations between Nigeria and the United Kingdom, as well as exploring investment opportunities for businesses in both countries.
