In Ghana, she will meet with President-elect Mahama and the UN country team to review and strengthen the relationship between the United Nations and Ghana, ensuring that the UN’s strategic priorities align with the country’s development goals.
This visit to both Ghana and Nigeria reflects the UN’s broader strategy to enhance regional cooperation and tackle common challenges across West Africa.
