University of Abuja announces passing of former Vice-Chancellor, Professor Nuhu Yaqub

The University of Abuja is deeply saddened to announce the passing of its esteemed former Vice-Chancellor, Professor Nuhu O. Yaqub, OFR, who led the institution from 2004 to 2009.

Professor Yaqub, a distinguished academic and administrator, passed away in Abuja this morning at the age of 73 following a brief illness.
