Wunti Al-Khair Foundation is poised to unveil the state-of-the-art Sheikh Dahiru Usman Bauchi Integrated Islamic Centre, marking a significant milestone in Bauchi State’s landscape. Anticipated to draw over 10,000 attendees from diverse backgrounds, this inauguration promises to be a grand affair, both nationally and internationally.
The center, a groundbreaking initiative by Wunti Al-Khair Foundation, is a multipurpose Islamic facility designed to enrich and strengthen the Islamic community. Leading the briefing on the final preparations, Abdulrazak Mohammed Wunti, the project manager, highlighted the comprehensive features of the edifice.
It boasts a mosque with an indoor capacity of 3,500 worshippers, complemented by an additional outdoor space for another 3,500 attendees. Additionally, the center encompasses 18 classrooms for Islamiyya education, 24 well-equipped toilets, 2 conference halls, 2 libraries, and 2 computer labs. Mr. Wunti reassured the public of the foundation’s adherence to stringent quality standards throughout the construction process.
Rabiu Mai Jama’a Wunti, another integral member of the team, emphasized the advanced stage of preparation for the upcoming commissioning ceremony. From meticulous planning to regulatory compliance and stakeholder engagement, every aspect has been meticulously attended to.
