The Honorary Consulate of the Republic of Côte d’Ivoire in Malta has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Paradigm Communications Ltd., publishers of Paradigm News, to strengthen diplomatic communication and enhance visibility of the Consulate’s activities across regional and global platforms.
Under the agreement, Paradigm News becomes the officially accredited African Media House for the Honorary Consulate, a move aimed at improving the documentation and dissemination of the Consulate’s diplomatic engagements, cultural initiatives, and bilateral relations.
Speaking at the signing ceremony, H.E. Mrqs. Anthony C. Coleiro, Honorary Consul of Côte d’Ivoire in Malta, described the partnership as a significant step toward bolstering the country’s presence and engagement in Malta.
“This partnership marks an important milestone in reinforcing Côte d’Ivoire’s presence and engagement in Malta. Through Paradigm News’ professional coverage, we aim to ensure that our diplomatic initiatives, bilateral engagements, and cultural activities receive the visibility and clarity they deserve,” he said.
Representing Paradigm Communications Ltd., H.E. Ambassador Raymond Enoch welcomed the collaboration, affirming the organisation’s commitment to high-quality and ethical reportage.
“We are honoured to serve as the official African Media House for the Consulate. Paradigm News is committed to providing accurate, ethical, and comprehensive coverage that reflects the diplomatic aspirations and international outreach of Côte d’Ivoire,” he said.
Scope of the Partnership
Under the MoU, Paradigm News will provide media coverage of the Consulate’s diplomatic events, official visits, and public engagements, including activities involving visiting government delegations from Côte d’Ivoire. It will also report on international conferences, cultural programmes, and bilateral initiatives involving the Consulate, distributing content through its regional and international media channels.
In return, the Consulate will grant Paradigm News official accreditation, supply timely press releases and updates, and recognise Paradigm Communications Ltd. as its media partner in appropriate communications.
Both parties commit to upholding professionalism, transparency, and respect for diplomatic protocols throughout the partnership.
