In an effort to enhance public communication, the Chief of the Air Staff (CAS), Air Marshal Hasan Abubakar, convened a media parley with select media executives at the Nigerian Air Force (NAF) Headquarters in Abuja.
In a statement Director of Public Relations and Information Nigerian Air Force Air Vice Marshal Edward Gabkwet said this event, coinciding with the 60th Anniversary of the NAF, offered a platform to review past achievements, present successes, and future plans under his leadership.
Air Marshal Abubakar underscored the media’s crucial role in shaping public perception and understanding of NAF operations. He elaborated on strategic initiatives to optimize force structure, boost operational capabilities, and improve personnel welfare.
The session also provided insights into ongoing and upcoming projects aimed at enhancing the NAF’s operational effectiveness.
