In a statement released through the Civil Defence, Correctional, Fire and Immigration Services Board (CDCFIB), the FFS expressed regret over the inconveniences caused by limited access, system glitches, and missing information on application printouts.
“We feel your pains because we understand, and deeply regret the inconveniences and existing limitations encountered during the application process,” the Service stated.
The FFS assured applicants that it is fully aware of the problems, including gateway redirection errors and incomplete submissions, and is working swiftly to correct all technical faults.
“A glitch-free portal will be available soon. We are committed to making this process seamless and ensuring that no applicant is left behind,” the Service added.
The statement also thanked applicants for their continued patience, trust, and understanding, reaffirming the Board’s dedication to a transparent and fair recruitment process.
“You are not alone,” the FFS reiterated, promising timely improvements and a smoother application experience for all prospective candidates.
