The French Naval Attaché, Commander William Tostan, along with the Commanding Officer of the French Navy Ship Borda and his team, visited the Flag Officer Commanding (FOC) Western Naval Command, Rear Admiral Mustapha Bala Hassan.
The French Navy Ship Borda, currently on a two-day port visit to Nigeria, is berthed in Lagos. Rear Admiral Hassan welcomed the delegation, emphasizing the importance of maintaining strong diplomatic relations between the Nigerian Navy and the French Navy. The Commanding Officer of Borda expressed gratitude for the support received since their arrival in Lagos.
