FRSC joins unveiling of world public relations forum Abuja 2026

The Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) has joined other stakeholders in the official unveiling of the World Public Relations Forum (WPRF) Abuja 2026 — described as the largest and most vibrant public relations event to be hosted on the African continent.

Representing the Corps Marshal, Shehu Mohammed, mni, the Corps Public Education Officer, Assistant Corps Marshal Olusegun Ogungbemide, mni, anipr, attended the ceremony alongside other members of the Nigerian Institute of Public Relations (NIPR) within the Corps.

The unveiling ceremony, held at the Banquet Hall of the NAF Conference Centre, Abuja, was presided over by the Honourable Minister of Information and National Orientation, Alhaji Mohammed Idris, fnipr. Dignitaries in attendance included the Minister of Aviation, Mr. Festus Keyamo, SAN; Special Adviser to the President on Information and Strategy, Mr. Bayo Onanuga; His Royal Highness, the Etsu Nupe, Alhaji Yahaya Abubakar, CFR; the Comptroller-General of Customs, Dr. Bashir Adewale Adeniyi; and the President and CEO of the Global Alliance for Public Relations and Communication Management, Professor Justin Green, among others.

Themed “Responsible Communication: The Voice of the World,” the World Public Relations Forum 2026 aims to foster ethical, transparent, and impactful communication practices across the globe.
