House of Reps to monitors investigation of Alex Ikwechegh over alleged assault on bolt driver

The House of Representatives is closely monitoring reports involving Rep. Alex Ikwechegh (APGA, Abia) in connection with an alleged altercation with an e-hailing driver, identified as Citizen Stephen Abuwatseya, which reportedly involved physical confrontation and threatening language.

The 10th Assembly takes these allegations seriously, reaffirming its commitment to the highest standards of ethical conduct and accountability among its members, both in public service and personal interactions.

The Police on Monday 28th October arrested  Alex Mascot Ikwechegh for allegedly assaulting a bolt driver and threatening to make him disappear.
