The party, part of NAOWA’s yuletide activities, aimed to promote moral values, love, relaxation, and welfare among troops and their families. It underscored NAOWA’s commitment to family well-being and emphasized the Nigerian Army’s dedication to fostering civil-military relations and unity within the community.
The children enjoyed a day packed with fun activities, including games, bouncing castles, a photo booth, and a feast of delicious food and drinks. The event also featured cultural dance performances and gift presentations, leaving the young attendees beaming with excitement.
Mrs. Abdussalam expressed gratitude to the organizers for their dedication, commended NAOWA and NASWA members for their commitment to the community, and urged parents to foster peace, discipline, and unity at home. She also praised the children for their good behavior, encouraging them to uphold values that make their families and the Nigerian Army proud.
Deputy Chairperson of NAOWA 6 Division, Mrs. Salaha Ahmed, also lauded the Chairperson’s unwavering support. She described the event as a joyous occasion that united the community and inspired the children to strive for excellence.
As part of the festivities, NAOWA 6 Division Chapter organized a Movie Night for the barracks community on December 28, extending the spirit of celebration and togetherness.
