In a significant operation dubbed “Operation DELTA SANITY,” the Nigerian Navy uncovered and deactivated drums containing illegally refined Automotive Gas Oil (AGO) near the Inyong Orong community in Rivers State on Saturday, February 24, 2024.
Naval personnel stationed at Naval Outpost IKURU orchestrated the operation, targeting illicit activities within the region.
