Tuggar also lauded President Bola Tinubu for his continued support of sports development and acknowledged the strategic leadership of Mr. Shehu Dikko and the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) in fostering excellence in women’s football.
He emphasized that the victory is not only a sporting milestone but also a diplomatic statement of Nigeria’s strength, unity, and global standing.
“This achievement showcases purposeful leadership, effective sports governance, and the unshakable spirit of Nigerian athletes,” Tuggar noted.
He added that the Super Falcons’ success would serve as a powerful inspiration to young girls across Africa, reaffirming that “excellence knows no gender.”
