The significance of this warning was underscored by ACE1 Ghali Ahmed, who holds the position of Commander at the EFCC’s Port Harcourt Zonal Command. This cautionary message was delivered on August 24, 2023, during a momentous Cyber Security Summit that took place at Rivers State University’s Nkpolu campus, situated in the city of Port Harcourt.
