The General Officer Commanding (GOC) 3 Division and Commander Operation ENDURING PEACE, Major General EF Oyinlola, has hosted participants of the National Institute for Policy and Strategic Studies (NIPSS) at Maxwell Khobe Cantonment, Jos.
Welcoming the delegation on 11 September 2025, Oyinlola urged them to contribute actively to national development and security through their roles as future leaders and strategists. He described their work as vital to shaping both policy and military outcomes in Nigeria.
The GOC also assured the team of the Division’s commitment to their safety, noting the security challenges in the surrounding terrain. He advised the participants to maintain close communication with relevant commanders in case of threats.
Team leader Brigadier General NS Onuchukwu thanked Oyinlola for his support and reaffirmed NIPSS’ commitment to strengthening national security and development. He also briefed the GOC on the institute’s forthcoming sports week as part of team-building activities.
The visit, attended by senior officers of the Division, featured a group photograph, gift presentations, and the signing of the visitors’ book, underscoring unity and shared commitment.
